We cannot promise this for deliveries outside of Auckland as we use a third-party courier company for dispatch. Please read our Nationwide Shipping for more information.
1. Add a gift box size to your cart including what belly band design you want.
NB/ Please read the description of each box size as it gives you an idea of how many gift items you can add inside. Feel free to get in touch with us if you have any questions regarding particular items.

2. Add the name of the person receiving the gift box (Recipient) and a message for us to write on the free card that accompanies each gift box.
3. Add the gift items you would like to your cart.
4. In the checkout, please include a note for us about the order, if it requires it E.g. "there is a dog on the property."
4. Add your full name, address, email and mobile at the checkout if you want the gift box delivered to you to give to the recipient (or yourself) or add the recipient's details correctly to have it shipped directly to them.
5. You should receive a confirmation email once the order is placed. Please contact us if you do not receive this.

Gift Boxes:
- Selabrations aims to deliver outstanding gift boxes, which includes the experience a recipient gets when unboxing their package. We take great care to ensure your gift box arrives to you looking great. If you receive a gift box with an item(s) that is damaged, please get in touch with us to amend the issue immediately, as we take this fault very seriously at Selabrations.
- If the recipient wishes to return the damaged item(s), the recipient is responsible for paying their own shipping cost, and they will have to get in touch with Selabrations via email to inquire about the postal address. Items must be sent back via track and trace, with signature required.
- Under the Consumer Act, you do not have the right to return goods simply because you have changed your mind or your circumstances have changed. However, we are happy to do so if you get in touch with us within 48 hours.
- We do not exchange, refund or accept returns on any sale items.
- Unfortunately, we are unable to refund for ‘change-of-mind’ purchases, due to the nature of our goods.
Pacific-inspired candles:
- If you receive a Selabrations candle that is damaged, we will replace the item once a submission has been sent to Selabrations via email on hello@selabrations.co.nz within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The submission must include a photo of the damaged item, how the item was found in the shipping box, the condition of the shipping box and where it was found at your property upon delivery.
- We also will offer a 50% refund of the damaged item(s). This is only valid if a submission has been placed within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Under the Consumer Act, you do not have the right to return goods simply because you have changed your mind or your circumstances have changed. However, we are happy to do so if you get in touch with us within 48 hours.
